2. Website delivery and server logs
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically required access data. This may include IP address, time, requested file, transferred data, referrer URL, browser, operating system and provider.
Processing ensures secure and stable delivery and helps prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer needed, unless legal retention duties or security reasons apply.
3. Contact and order forms
When you submit a form, your entries are encrypted in transit to the web server and forwarded by email to the responsible recipient. Depending on the form, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, message and, for pre-orders, delivery address, country and quantity.
Processing is necessary to handle your enquiry or pre-order under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Required fields are marked. Data is deleted when no longer needed unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. Application to participate
For an application, we additionally process the selected area of participation, your details about strengths and experience, and one required current photo. The application and photo are sent directly to Star Promotion Studios and used solely for selection and contact relating to Project K.I.T.T.
Application details are processed to take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The photo is processed on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time; the application may then no longer be considered. Unsuccessful application data is deleted after the selection process and no later than six months afterwards, unless a legal duty or separate consent permits longer storage.
5. Recipients and partner enquiries
General project and partnership enquiries are handled by Star Promotion Studios. Workshop enquiries are sent to Route 66 Borrmann Motors Rendsburg. Calendar pre-orders are handled by Star Promotion. Hosting and email providers may also act as processors.
6. Cookies, analytics and local media
The website currently uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services and sets no non-essential cookies. Fonts, images and videos are hosted locally. Language selection uses separate page addresses and is not stored by this website in your browser.
7. External links
Our pages contain links to external websites. Data is transferred to the relevant provider only after you follow such a link. That provider is responsible for subsequent processing.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time. Contact info@starpromotion.net to exercise your rights.
9. Right to complain
You may complain to a data protection authority. For businesses established in Saxony-Anhalt, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt is the relevant authority in particular.
10. Security and updates
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This policy will be updated if functions, services or legal requirements change.
